ORDER RECEIPT
Once we have confirmed the availability of the products you ordered, we will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours of the first business day following your purchase. Your products will then be handed over to the courier, who will deliver them within the timeframe specified by your chosen shipping method.
DELIVERY TIMES OF THE PRODUCT(S)
The courier delivers Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We recommend providing a delivery address where a trusted person can be present.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier will make an initial delivery attempt within the timeframe specified in the order confirmation received from Parmax.com. If the customer is not home, a notice will be left. At Parmax.com's discretion, the notice will contain instructions for arranging a second delivery attempt.
