The cost of returning in Italy is €10.00 using our returns service. This amount will be deducted from the final refund. The final refund will also deduct the shipping costs of the order (even if not paid by the customer) for an amount equal to €10. The customer can also decide whether to ship the package with a courier of his choice, communicating the relative tracking.
For sales outside of Italy, shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
For products shipped to Italy:

1. Please let us know your intention to return the item.
2. We will book the courier to collect the product.
3. Prepare the package.
4. We will refund the amount excluding the return costs (€10), and the shipping costs of the order (even if not paid by the customer) equal to €10 with the same payment method used for the purchase, except in the case of cash on delivery where the refund will be made via bank transfer or paypal. Nb in the refund for orders with cash on delivery, the cash on delivery costs equal to €4 will not be refunded.

6. You book the courier to collect the product, the cost is borne by the customer.
7. Prepare the package with the transport document that the courier sent you attached.
8. Once we receive the product, we will assess whether the product has not been damaged or worn.

Return times and regulations:

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Parmax (headquarters in Via dei tessuti, 5 06049 Spoleto (PG), Tel. 0743 225664 – mobile:3312140367 email: info@parmax.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

If you withdraw from this contract, for shipments in Italy, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract; for shipments abroad, you will be reimbursed for the costs of the items purchased only, excluding any shipping costs of any kind.

Such refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

The refund may be suspended until the goods have been received by the seller or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to Parmax (Via dei tessuti, 5 06049 Spoleto (PG), Tel. 0743 225664 – info@parmax.com), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is respected if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for costumes and underwear.
We will collect the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For returns or exchanges of items from countries outside the European Community, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund as soon as customs quantifies the value for us.
