Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made no later than 10 days after receiving the order.

The products must have arrived at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the order.

Starting August 6, 2025, we will apply a warranty seal to every product shipped. If the product arrives at our warehouse without the warranty seal, the return will not be accepted.

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer you a transparent and flexible return policy:

1. Free returns for size changes or product replacements are always free.

• If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or another, returns are completely free.
• After the first size change or product replacement, the return shipping will be paid by the customer.
• Returns for size changes or product replacements must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
• You can contact our customer service at clienti@parmax.com to start the return procedure for size exchange and we will arrange the collection of the package.

2. Standard return (without exchange of goods)

• For all other types of returns, the handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The request must be initiated in the customer's personal area by logging in (details follow in the Return Method via Personal Area section).
• The package must be sent to our operational headquarters at the following address:
  Parmax - Via dei Tessili, 5, 06049 Spoleto (PG)
• Please note that the products you wish to return must be shipped to our warehouse no later than 14 days after receiving the order and in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. If the products are returned to our warehouse after 14 days from receiving the order, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return Policy - Personal Area:

• Log in to your personal area.
• Select the product you wish to return and click "Request Return".
• Enter the reason for the return (not mandatory)
• If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the notes section to receive a refund. (Please note that the order amount will be refunded, minus the €4.00 cash on delivery fee.)
• Click on "Request Return" to complete the operation.
• Wait for the confirmation email.
• Please pack the items to be returned in the original package we sent and send them to our operational headquarters ( Parmax - Via dei Tessili, 5, 06049 Spoleto (PG))
• Once we receive your package, we'll perform a quality check. You'll then receive an automatic email and we'll process your refund, which will be available on your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
• NB: for cash on delivery payments, the €4 cash on delivery fee will not be refunded.
