Operating procedure
To access the service you will simply need to:
- Send an email to info@parmax.com with the subject "Repair" providing us with photos of the item and a description of the desired request.
- One of our craftsmen will carry out an accurate technical evaluation, and you will then be contacted by email/telephone to provide you with an estimate of the work to be carried out.
- If the quote is accepted, we will arrange shipping of your item to our laboratories.
- Once the service is completed you will be contacted to arrange shipping and make the final payment.
- The shipment of the items to our laboratories will be your responsibility, while the delivery at the end of the service will be carried out by us including the cost of the service.
