RETURN PROCEDURE

returns and refunds

The cost of returns in Italy is EURO 7.00 using our returns service. This amount will be deducted from the final refund. The customer can also decide whether to send the package with a courier of his choice, communicating the relevant tracking.
For sales outside Italian territory, the shipping costs for returning the products remain the responsibility of the customer.
For products shipped to Italy:

  1. Please let us know your intention to make the return.
  2. We will book the courier to collect the product.
  3. Prepare the package.
  4. We will refund the amount, excluding return costs if applicable, with the same payment method used for the purchase, except in the case of cash on delivery where the refund will be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

  5. Please notify us of your intention to make the return via email.
  6. Book the courier to collect the product, the cost is borne by the customer.
  7. Prepare the package with the transport document that the courier sent you attached.
  8. Once we have received the product we will evaluate that the product has not been damaged or worn.

Return times and regulations:

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Parmax (headquarters in Via dei tessili, 5 06049 Spoleto (PG), Tel. 0743 225664 – info@parmax.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an explicit declaration.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

If you withdraw from this contract, for shipments to Italy, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract; for shipments abroad, you will be reimbursed for the costs of the items purchased only, excluding any shipping costs of any kind.

Such refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until the seller receives the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

For returns or exchanges of items coming from countries outside the European Community, customs duties are borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund as soon as the customs quantifies the value.
